I’m Elisa, originally from the Amalfi Coast in Southern Italy, now baking in Upstate South Carolina.After moving to the U.S., I missed the pastries I grew up with. So I started baking them myself, and I never stopped.I have trained, and continue to train, with renowned Italian pastry chefs, constantly refining my technique and raising my standards.Today, I bring authentic Italian craftsmanship to every batch, using high-quality ingredients to create croissants and pastries from scratch, with patience and care.
